how we work

Our work is based on two underlying philosophies:

Self-sufficiency. As much as possible, we believe that strategy development, web page content, and Internet functionality should be within your control. We make sure you have the right tools, and we support you as much, or as little, as you wish.

Collaboration. Developing the Internet as a sales channel is a team effort between your agency and BSR. Together we are smarter than we are individually.

Strategy - we use a home-grown, three-step approach to develop marketing strategies. We give you the process and teach you how to use it - coaching and mentoring as needed. Function - business web sites include database, marketing, e-commerce, and analytical software that turn the internet into a functioning sales channel. We subscribe to Adobe's Business Catalyst (BC) suite of integrated internet programs, and we teach you how to use them. more
